Individual Eating Assessment – I will review your current eating habits and make simple realistic recommendations for change to move you closer to healthy eating habits and overall better health.
Nutrition Coaching and Guidance – This can be a one time session, a 6 session package, or a 12 session package. Based on the nutrition information gathered in the Individual Eating Assessment, we start the process of implementing the recommended changes. Through these sessions I provide nutrition information and support to help you successfully implement and maintain recommended nutrition changes.
Employee Wellness Coaching – Hire me to provide nutrition counseling to your employees. Having healthier and happy employees improves production and leads to greater earnings for your company.
Writing Inspiration
Nutrition Information and Text – I will provide written text for your nutrition education materials, nutrition courses, magazines, newspapers, websites, and blog pages.
Website Editing and Text Development – I will edit your existing text or develop written text for your website based on your company’s mission and services.
Article and Manuscript Review – I will review your nutrition based article, manuscript, or thesis and provide timely feedback and recommendations.
Art Inspiration
Individual Drawings (18” x 24”) – Any of my drawings posted on Triumphant She ® are available for purchase.
General Inspiration
Youth and Young Adult Encouragement and Mentoring – I am available to share encouragement and mentoring with youth and young adults to help them navigate their life. Encouraging and inspiring them to pursue their dreams and to know that with God anything is possible.
